power went out at hostel at 6am and at 6pm it was still out. alternative accomation found, thankfully.

Cuba

I'm not one to emphasise this but the fact in the 8 days here so far in Cuba I've pnly met 1 american has made for a nice change. Cuba definitely is a place worth visiting, even if only once, i'm leaving here with some fond memories of a beautiful country and interesting people.

lack of street lights
spanish everywhere
NO FOOD
spartan supermarkets
less touts then south america
dogs
hospitable and friendly casa owners

currently in LA and spent yesterday seeing Universal Studios and today went to the ice hockey: LA Kings v Dallas Stars.

Peru

off on the inca trail tomorrow after doing a day trip today through sacred valley. pretty good too but i´m a little too tired to elaborate and the computer at Los Aticos dosn´t have a usb port s i´m kinda stuck with the pictures for now.

I´m already on my second usb stick after having used about 90mb in 3 weeks. that would be over 70 pics. i guess after the last trip i´m trying to take more then less even if later i think some may be dumb. Atleast i´ll be busy with vt for a year or so. also i passed my 2 uni subjects for the semester. ethics and ebusiness so now its tax and programming concepts,
